Dianna Inman is an Instructor and Co-Director of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program in the College of Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from James Madison University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University, and a Master of Science as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Virginia Commonwealth University at the Medical College of Virginia. Ms. Inman is Board Certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She currently practices in Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics and in a School Based Clinic. Ms. Inman serves on the board of directors for First Steps of Charleston County and the A.J. Williams Foundation. Ms. Inman's research interests include the treatment of children with ADHD and preventing and treating aggressive behavior in children. She has received the distinguished Palmetto Gold Nurse Recognition Award given annually by the South Carolina Nurses Foundation. In 2006, she was named the College of Nursing’s Outstanding MSN Faculty Member. |
