Instrument Scheduling

We use the Google calendar system for instrument scheduling. First time users must register and then send an e-mail to beesonc@musc.edu and indicate the email address you have used for the calendar account. The calendars for the two instruments will then be added to your account. Scheduling begins on the Monday of the previous week. Update the calendar immediately if your time slot has to be canceled. Frequent cancels can result in suspension. High volume users may be assigned recurring time slots that must be claimed by 5:00 PM Thursday of the prior week. Unclaimed and remaining time is then open for sign-up on a first come basis.
