Upon the announcement of your final defense, a graduation
packet will be given to you. The following forms are
included: Graduation check-out form, Graduation order
form, graduation information form, Exit Questionnaire,
Exit Interview with the Dean, Degree Application, Survey
of Earned Doctorates, and University Microfilms Form.
Dissertation: The original Dissertation (100% rag) goes to
the Graduate Office to be sent for microfilming; 2 copies (at
least 25% rag) go to the library for binding. Thesis: A
copy of the signature page goes to the Graduate Office. The
original and 2 copies go to the library for binding. Please
provide the Graduate Office with a list of any publications
that you may have co-authored while at MUSC. We do not
need copies of the publications.
