| Formal presentations of student research results are an important aspect of doctoral training. MBES students present their research results annually in three separate mandatory research forums. |

MBES students present their previous year’s research in poster format at the MUSC White House on the Ft. Johnson campus on the third Friday of every July. |
| MUSC Student Research Day |
|
All MBES students are required to submit an abstract in Student Research Day and present in either a poster or platform format. Student Research Day is held on the first Friday of November of each year on the downtown medical campus. |

| MCBP Seminars |
|
During the academic year, seminars are held every Monday at noon. MBES students present a 30 minute seminar on their research each year. |
