Research:
Ecological risk assessment, environmental statistics, population modeling. Primary interest is to develop mathematical models to assess risks and predict trends for marine mammal populations. Current research focuses on assessing spatial and temporal trends of health and toxin exposure for bottlenose dolphin populations.

Research Appointments:
2002- Adjunct Faculty, Environmental Studies Program, University of Charleston.
2001- Adjunct Faculty, Dept. of Marine Biology, University of Charleston.
2000- Research Associate, Dept. of Biometry, Medical University of South Carolina.
