MUSC embraces technology to help improve efficiency and better serve the patients and the people of the low country. There is a great potential to develop solutions with the iPad SDK that will allow physicians and nurses alike to be have information available at a moment’s notice. This group was created to take advantage of the features that the iPod has to offer. Our mission is to provide technology, tools, services, education, awareness, and guidance to all MUSC iPad and iPhone users. We are striving to create a safe and secure information technology environment for teaching and learning, patient care, research, outreach, and the conducting of Hospital, University, and Clinical business. MUSC is committed to integrating these ideals into the latest technology.
