Christopher Hannegan, M.D.
Christopher Hannegan started his medical training at the
Medical University of South Carolina, where he received
his M.D. in 1995. He then pursued his interest in
Radiology and went to the University of Rochester at
Strong Memorial Hospital in New York for both his
Diagnostic Radiology Residency and his
Angio/Interventional Radiology Fellowship. He is
certified by the American Board of Radiology with added
qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Hannegan has been an Assistant Professor and Attending Physician at the Medical University of South Carolina since July 2000. In 2008 he became the Interventional Radiology Fellowship Program Director.
