English as a Second Language Instruction

Saturday English Conversation
Where:   Harper Student Center Library
When:    Saturdays, September 6th~orientation
             September 20th~course begins
Time:     Intermediate, 9:30 - 11:00am
             Advanced, 11:15am - 12:15pm
Who:     Dr. Robert (Bob) Koepper, Instructor

Sessions include vocabulary, pronunciation, and idiomatic expressions. Emphasis is on listening and speaking.

St. Matthews Programs: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes
Where:    St. Matthews Lutheran Church (downtown), the Outreach Building
When:     Beginning September 2nd
Time:      Morning classes:  T, W, Th 9:30– 11:30am. Childcare available mornings.
              Evening classes:  M, Th 6:30 – 8:30pm
Who:      Hayden Shook, Coordinator/Instructor

Oral assessment is given to determine level.  All aspects of English language are included, with emphasis on listening and speaking.
