NOTE: All New Hires must be registered to attend the class and have all necessary security forms filled out prior to attending a class. Employees who attend without pre-registering will be turned away. How do I sign up?

How do I sign up?

Students are assigned to a class during Human Resources Orientation. (View the list of training weeks and times.)

If you are not assigned a class, please call the training department at 2-8072 to find out if there are any seats available.

Where is it?

All classes are held in the Clinical Science Bldg., room 220C (view map).

What is covered in class?

General Description: An Orientation to the network, email, and clinical systems that an employee will be required to use.

* Anyone who deals with patient information (labs, radiology, demographics, etc) will stay for the 2nd half of the class that covers OACIS. If you will not be using OACIS, you may leave after the first half of class.
