Since there are so many tweaks and test package groups for the C5, naming them all ITAG TEST C5 something- List Below:

Recurring Issue on C5 machines and fixes.
1) Network Certificate Invalid: If they get a 0.0.0.0 IP address and when you check odyssey it says "invalid Certificate." --or-- if the network was dropped in a room and the IP starts with a 169.. address and will not reconnect after rebooting C5, it needs to re-authenticate in Odyssey. The Fix for this is to plug the C5 into a network line and log in as dalicious (admin). If it doesn't authenticate right away, open Odyssey and click the "Re-authenticate" button.
2) Meds Chart unable to open due to firewall setting.
The fix for this is to log into the machine as administrator, go to control panel, go to windows firewall, click on exceptions and make sure that HED client is checked. I also go to the next tab and click restore defaults.
3) Scanner stops working. The fix for this is to log into the machine as dalicious (admin), and click on the motion desktop control panel on the desktop. You must re-enable the bar code scanner. This does not work unless you are logged in as administrator.
