Checking E-mail Quotas on Exchange: Outlook
- At the top of the left-side folder list, click on "Mailbox - your name" to highlight it
- Right-click on "Mailbox - your name"
- Select "Properties for "Mailbox - ..."
- Click on the button, "Folder Size"
- You should see all folders contained in your Exchange account. You can sort these folders by size. Since almost all quotas are 200 mb., if Total size (with subfolders): is near 200000, you are near quota. Archive older files to another location.
