If you lose your smartphone...
If you have lost your smartphone and are concerned someone else may use it to access your Exchange-based data, you can wipe all of the data from the device yourself:
- First, go to exchange.musc.edu and log in
- Select "Options" in the upper right and then "Mobile Devices" on the left.
- Following the illustration below, highlight your device and click "Wipe All Data from Device..."
- If you recover your smartphone, follow the applicable instructions to reconfigure your phone
