Requests submitted via this form are sent to an account that is monitored periodically, Monday - Friday, 8am to 3pm. For URGENT problems, call the Support Desk at 792-9700.

We strongly recommend you provide a week's lead time for scheduling. This will give the automated scheduling process three opportunities to send warnings to your users.

IMAP to Exchange (e.g., "hjp59, potterhj; exc08, excalibur").

Without both pieces of information, we will return your request because we
cannot process accounts without them.

a departmental overview session, needed to help you with this migration.
