Telnet in Windows using NetTerm

To telnet to Atrium from a Windows 95 PC, we recommend using NetTerm. Download Netterm
 
  1. To telnet to Atrium from NetTerm, open NetTerm

  2. From the top left of the NetTerm toolbar, choose File.
  3. From the File Menu choose Phone Directory

  4. Under Name in the Phone Directory type in atrium.musc.edu (in lowercase letters) and click on the Connect button. 

  5. Once you have opened a telnet session to Atrium, you will see...

    Digital UNIX (atrium2.musc.edu) (ttyrb)

    login:

    At login: enter your MNA and hit the Enter key. Your MNA ID is usually your E-mail address without the @musc.edu For example, if your E-mail address is doej@musc.edu, your MNA ID is doej.

    You will see Password:
    Enter your password. Be sure to remember your password is case sensitive. For example, MyPassword and mypassword are not the same thing.

    You will see a prompt that says atrium 1%
