Telnet in Macintosh

To telnet to Atrium from a Macintosh, we recommend using Telnet.
  1. To telnet to Atrium from NCSA Telnet double-click on the NCSA Telnet folder. 



  2. Double-click on the Atrium icon.
  3. Once you have opened a telnet session to Atrium, you will see...

    Digital UNIX (atrium2.musc.edu) (ttyrb)

    login:

    At login: enter your MNA and hit the Enter key. Your MNA ID is usually your E-mail address without the @musc.edu For example, if your E-mail address is doej@musc.edu, your MNA ID is doej.

    You will see Password:
    Enter your password. Be sure to remember your password is case sensitive. For example, MyPassword and mypassword are not the same thing.

    You will see a prompt that says atrium 1%
