Return Policy
Our policy on returning undamaged items for credit is as follows: Must be
within thirty (30) days from time of delivery, must be in unopened box, must
have a copy of IIT attached to box. (Special orders, discontinued products,
or open boxes will be evaluated and handled per incident). Apple has
an all sales final policy. Returns will only be accepted under certain
circumstances. Please call the Computer Connection for Apple return
coordination, 792-2323.
Defective Items
When an item is found to be defective within 72 hours after it has been removed
from the box, it will be repaired or replaced at the customers discretion.
Before an item will be excepted as defective a technician needs to be dispatched
and verify the defect. This can be accomplished by calling the help desk at
792-9700 and reporting the problem. In most instances it is better to let
the technician repair the item rather then replacing the item, this is due
to the high lead time in getting a system in to replace the defective unit.
Most items can be repaired by our factory authorized technicians within 48
hours and your system will still be under a complete factory warranty.
Warranty Information
Macintosh
- All equipment and peripherals has one year parts and labor.
Dell
- Notebooks, Desktops, Monitors and Servers have three year parts and
labor warranty.
- Accessories ordered at a later date then system is one year parts and
labor.
- Special order items follow manufacturer warranty per item.
Omnifax
- All machines one year parts and labor.
Equipment Failure
If or when you experience a computer failure please call the help desk at
792-9700. They will obtain information regarding the failure and route
your call to the correct technician. Please give as much information as you
can about your problem (such as a contact name and number so that a technician
can contact you during the day). Normally a technician will call you within
24 hours of the call being placed. Our technicians are all factory trained
and can provide warranty work on all the systems computer purchasing sells.

model and serial numbers ready.
