- The field engineering staff can quickly configure, install and are certified to repair.

Recommended Printer Purchases
Dell sells a line of Lexmark Dell-branded printers. These are recommended for purchase due to the multi-year warranty and the service available. The field engineering staff is vendor-certified to repair Dell printers and printer service is handled the same as Dell PC service. The Dell printers are listed on the Dell Premier page. HP printers are recommended for some applications at MUSC. HP printers come with a one year on-site service warranty and the field engineering staff is not vendor-certified to repair HP printers.
