Running Programs Harper Student Wellness Center All running clinics are designed for all fitness levels. The objective of each program is to improve running efficiency for the distance targeted in the specific program. Training schedules and programs are included as well as group training sessions and instruction with experienced running coaches. Beginners will be able to complete the distance targeted in the program. Experienced runners will improve speed, efficiency, and fitness levels. Currently Harper Student Wellness Center offers the following programs and clinics. Half Marathon Training Program – offered each fall 5K Running Program – offered each fall prior to the Turkey Day Trot and the Reindeer Run 10 Weeks to a 10K – offered prior to the Cooper River Bridge Run Triathlon Training Program – offered in the spring prior to the Triathlon Sprint Series Bike and Swim clinics - also offered in the fall
