Group Exercise
A variety of group exercise classes are offered seven days a week in two different group exercise studios.

The main group exercise studio is 3000 square feet with a hardwood floor system developed specifically for group exercise and dance.
Certified instructors bring members the latest group exercise trends in a safe, effective and energetic setting. Offering something for everyone, styles range from stretching and yoga classes to Step, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Interval, Prenatal and Funk exercise classes. Full members and aerobics only members will use the hand-scan system to access classes. Guests may get a pass at the membership desk.

Black soled shoes are prohibited in the upstairs group exercise studio. Group exercise schedules can be found at each desk or on the bulletin board outside the group exercise studio. Please pick up a new schedule each semester. Up-to-date class offerings and instructors are listed daily on the Group Exercise HotLine.
