About the Program Women On Weights is a training program that meets twice a week for 4 weeks. The program is designed and instructed by James Johnson, a nationally certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. He has been a presenter for Reebok® and a presenter at many national fitness conferences. He has over 24 years of experience in the field of exercise science, fitness and performance training. This program is for women of all ability levels. Each participant will leave the session with a personalized fitness program that is tailored to her individual needs and goals.
