Group Indoor Cycling

A program to make you a better, fitter cyclist.  Workouts are designed for both competitive and non-competitive cyclists and triathletes, and those who just want to get a great workout.  The workouts are designed in blocks that focus on a particular cycling fitness parameter (climbing, endurance, anaerobic threshold, ability to spin circles, etc.).  Participants are encouraged to bring their own bike and stationary trainer to use during class. We do, however, have four stationary bikes that can be reserved for use in class.  To reserve a “spinning” bike, call 792-5753 between 5:30 am and 5:30 pm the day of the class.
