Beginner Boot Camp 101: Mon. Tue. & Thur.

This is the perfect introduction to the ultimate Boot Camp fitness program.  The U.S. Marines will lead a 60 minute “Introduction to Boot Camp”.  This includes strength training, endurance, and flexibility exercises designed to establish increased fitness level and lower susceptibility to injury.  After four weeks, all beginners will be transitioned into the regular Boot Camp class (6:00am-7:00am) for the remaining eight weeks. Participants will increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and energy level.   Attend this class for high calorie burn and lots of fun!  Minimum of 15 on sign up sheet required for class.  This class is limited to 30 participants to insure individual attention.  The beginner class is not a pre-requisite to attend the Ultimate Boot Camp.

Ultimate Boot Camp: 6:00 - 7:00am,   Mon.  Tue.  & Thur.
U.S. Marines lead participants in a military style fitness training class.  The class focuses on overall fitness and endurance training. The structure, accountability, camaraderie, and focus on fitness make this the ultimate exercise experience.

“Special Ops”: The Friday morning 6:00am workout will add extra intensity into your regular workout routine.  “Special Ops” focuses on physical and mental development and is geared for
advanced fitness levels.  The Marine PT instructors have experience in “Special Ops” fitness training.  The class includes obstacle course, advanced running and advanced conditioning workouts.  Some off-campus workouts will be included.
