Effective January 1, 2006, paper pay stubs will no longer
be distributed to employees by payroll. Employees can access
online pay stubs using their MUSC Network Account (MNA) at www.musc.edu/hrm/myrecords
where they have the option to view or print stubs.
Important note: For security reasons, MyRecords
is only accessible from the MUSC campus network.
You will not be granted access if you try to log in from a remote
location such as your home computer without the use of PPP or
VPN. If you
work off-site or your on-campus access is not possible, you
may request
assistance in setting up a PPP account or VPN account that
will allow you to access MyRecords remotely.
Electronic pay stubs are available online 2 to 3 days
before pay date making it an excellent planning tool.
For convenience, historical pay stubs for the prior two calendar
years are also maintained online.
