| In October of 2004,
employees enrolled under the Economy Plan who did not make another
health coverage selection were originally going to loose coverage
effective January 1, 2005.
After the final results were evaluated by Employee Insurance Programs,
a decision was made to switch employees who had not made
a selection to the State
Health Standard Plan.
Affected employees will be given until January 31, 2005
to refuse the coverage by completing another Notice
of Election form.
