Orientation Forms
New hires and/or transfers are to complete a unit/dept orientation using the appropriate orientation summary sheet (i.e. clinical or non-clinical) as well as a position orientation (i.e. CBO). Each unit/dept must have supporting documentation of orientation topics and position competencies.
