Kronos

KRONOS - System for Time and Attendance (STAR)
This web-based timekeeping system collects time for employees from a number of clocks throughout campus as well as from a web-based application for employees who don't have access to a clock.  Supervisors and timekeepers have access to employee times for verification and correction if necessary.  After the pay period is complete, data from STAR is sent to the payroll system to produce paychecks.  In order to obtain security access, a completed Kronos Security Request form must be submitted to the MUHA Payroll Office.  Contact Patty Burn for additional information.

Physical Demands Templates
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that the Medical Center identifiy and regularly review the physical demands for the essential functions of each position.  Using the class code menu on the physical demands page, the appropriate physical demand outline can be selected and modified as needed for posting and updating posting position descriptions.
