My Records

My Records is an online tool that allows Medical Center employees to access details regarding their benefits, pay stub, leave, immunization and personal information on file in Human Resources.  You do not have to be in the firewall to access My RecordsLog in with your MUSC NetID.

Benefits
My Records lists the name and description of each benefit in which you have enrolled, as well as the dollar amount deducted from your paycheck per pay period, and the dollar amount contributed my MUSC.

Pay Stub
My Records includes a summary list of each of your paychecks by Pay Date, including the Net Amount deposited.  You can select a particular pay stub to view all the details that display on your paper pay stub, including leave balance, earnings, taxes and deductions, and direct deposit detail.

Leave
My Records displays your available leave time as of your last pay check, including Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Sick Leave (ESL).  For questions regarding leave, please contact the Benefits Office at 792-0826.

Access My Records

Personal Information
Employees provide personal information to Human Resources such as name, address,  phone number, education data, military status and visa status.  MyRecords also enables you to request updates to most of this information online.

To Change Your Mailing Address
If you need to change your mailing address, please update the following two systems:

  • MyRecords
    • Log in to MyRecords using your NetID and password
    • Click My Personal Information
    • Click Change Address
    • Type the effective date and your new address information
    • Click Continue
  • Employee Insurance Program
    • Log in to the Employee Insurance Program MyBenefits page with your Benefits Identification Number (on your insurance card), the last four digits of your social security number and your password.
    • Select Contact Information
    • Type your new address information
    • Click Submit
