The MUSC Heart Transplant Team on Inpatient Rounds
The MUSC Heart Transplant team is a multidisciplinary team consisting of transplant surgeons, transplant cardiologists, pharm. D., nurse coordinators, psychiatrist, social worker, dietician, financial coordinator, and physical therapist.
Once you are transplanted at MUSC you are followed carefully by your transplant team for transplant related problems; however, it is important that you maintain a close relationship with a local physician.
