Applications to the Summer Health Professional Program (SHP) are to be completed jointly with the student's research sponsor.

Both the student application and the sponsor application must be submitted online by the deadline of February 1, 2009. Students will be notified of their acceptance status as soon as the program receives notice of the final grant awards by the awarding agencies. This could be as late as April 30, 2009.
