Today is the day. If you haven't already, please send your Mini-Grant
Expenditure Report in with the original receipts. Attached is the report form.
Thanks to those who got there reports in on time.

March 1: Mini-Grant Reports are due. Download expenditure report forms from
http://www.the-aps.org/education/2003rts/mini-grants.htm. Please take care of this immediately.
These are federal funds, so if we do not receive a report, we might have to
report the grant as income to you and you will be taxed on it next year.

- You
will be receiving lots of invites and information about EB in the coming weeks.
Keep it all in one place, so it's handy when you are packing in April. We will go over the schedule and describe
the functions at that all-important RT Orientation session on Saturday, April
17 at 2:30 pm. The session is taking place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel and there
will be snacks and caffeine for those of you with early morning travel plans.
