Policies
Request for security access
You will need to submit a security request form in order to obtain a
SmartStream ID and password. If you are requesting new access, please note that you
must have an e-mail ID in order to be assigned security for SmartStream.
Fill out a security request form online, print a copy, or
download the form to your PC. Fill it out and have it approved by your department
head/chair (not the business manager). If you are the department head, have your
form approved by your manager. Return the original form to Financial Systems
Management, 805C Harborview Tower, P.O. Box 250812 (please note that fax or e-mail copies
cannot be accepted at this time).
SmartStream security requests are processed on a regular
basis. You will be notified via e-mail of your logon ID and password once it has
been assigned.
Request to reset password
If you have forgotten your SmartStream password, you will need
to send an e-mail message to bridges@musc.edu and
request that it be reset. Once a new password has been assigned, you will be
notified via e-mail.
