Systems and Procedures reports to the Chief Financial Officer. We are responsible for developing and maintaining the University's official financial systems software known as the SmartStream System. We are responsible for webpage coordination throughout the division.

We provide system security to users

We oversee user training programs

We ensure systems updates are installed timely

We develop and maintain the division policiy and procedures database and website.
