Useful Info for Students

The clerkship will arrange housing for students as needed (NO PETS, PLEASE) - or students may make arrangements to stay with nearby family or friends.  Questions may be directed to Donna Kern, MD (kerndh@musc.edu).

Students will be notified one week in advance by email to attend the mandatory clerkship Orientation / Academic Days / OSLE on the first 3 days of the rotation.   In addition to clerkship guidelines and instructions, students will be issued laptops with online capability, printers & PDA's--to be used as research and learning tools and to produce required presentations and documents.
