Useful Info for Students

Housing may be available and arranged by the clerkship - NO PETS, PLEASE.   Or, students may arrange to stay with nearby family or friends.  For security reasons, housing details will be provided to students at orientation.   Questions may be directed to Donna Kern, MD (kerndh@musc.edu).

Students will be notified one week in advance by email to attend the mandatory clerkship Orientation / Academic Days / OSLE on the first 3 days of the rotation.   In addition to clerkship guidelines and instructions, students may be issued laptops with online capability, printers & PDAs to be used as research & learning tools and to produce required clerkship presentations and documents.
