Samuel Stone, MD Dr. Sam Stone chose to practice in Chester primarily because he was born and raised there.  He feels it is important to be involved not just in the medical care, but also the family care of his patients - from babies to the geriatric population.  Dr. Stone strongly believes everyone should be involved in community activities. He has organized a free medical clinic in his community, the Good Samaritan Clinic, and serves as its Director.  He is very active in his church and local schools (sports medicine for 2 high schools, educational speaker in many schools).  He is medical director for the Senior Citizens' Day Care in Chester and medical advisor for the Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Program.  Dr. Stone is also involved in the Chester County Cancer Society and has been a board member in the Senior Citizens' Program.  A graduate of Clemson University, Dr. Stone has been a Clemson Stadium Pysician for the last 20 years!  He also is the coordinator/program chair of the Clemson Alumni Physicians (CAPS) and plans the continuing medical education program each year.
