The "Pink" Student
Calendar
|
- At the beginning of each rotation,
students receive in their orientation packets a 6-week
calendar printed on 8.5x11" pink paper .
The calendar originated from
student suggestions to have one "quick reference"
document that included all requirements and deadlines.

- Students have responsibilities and activities
with
both rural preceptors in the clinical setting and with MUSC Family
Medicine faculty members in didactic activities at MUSC.
- It is the
student's responsibility to give his/her rural preceptor a copy of the
pink calendar so that the preceptor is aware of the student's schedule.
