Question: Is this Committee a governing body or one of sharing information?

Answer: The Committee is both a governing body and one of sharing. However, Dr. Clark asked that everyone look at what’s best for the MUSC enterprise.

Question: How can we make the FAIC decisions happen?

Answer: Dr. Clark asked that we work with both the VPs and the representatives of the affiliated entities (UMA, FRD, HSF). This committee represents administrative and financial interests across the enterprise. Part of the members’ duties is to lobby for enactment of our decisions. Dr. Clark said he would help the Committee work through issues at a higher level in any way he could.
