Outlook
- Logging on, getting around, and sending mail (NOTE: When using Outlook or Entourage, you need to prefix your log in with "clinlan\", such as "clinlan\muscuser".)

- Simple folder sharing (This is different than setting "send as" delegation rights, which is accomplished by selecting Tools, Options, then going to the Delegates tab.)

Configuring Other Clients
- IMAP:
- Forwarding to external e-mail account
Incoming server: imaps.musc.edu (port 993)
Outgoing server: smtps.musc.edu (port 587 for TLS; port 465 for SSL SMTP, if using Outlook)
MUSC Address book: ldap.musc.edu (host name); type o=MUSC,c=US (Base DN)
SSL connection: always use SSL (secure connections) and check the boxes that ask, in order for your mail to send, receive and locate addresses.
