The Horseshoe

At the heart of the Medical University of South Carolina is an open courtyard framed by the Medical Center, the Basic Science Building, and Library/Administration Building. This open green is the centerpoint of campus-wide events like commencement, the Christmas tree lighting, and concerts. It also serves as a place for patients, students, and faculty to enjoy a quiet moment, study, meet for lunch, or spend time with friends and classmates.
