| Description
This web-based, online
distance education program is designed for the licensed, clinically practicing
PA who earned a bachelor’s degree during his/her PA education. The
purpose of this program is to provide advanced learning experiences and
bridge the difference between the PA bachelor degree curriculum and the
PA master degree curriculum. This will be accomplished by providing twelve
semester hours of course work in research methods, advanced clinical problem
solving, and evidence based medicine.
Requirements
Prerequisites for
admission to this program included; licensure to practice medicine as
a physician assistant, NCCPA certification, possession of a bachelor degree
from an ARC-PA approved program, and a letter of recommendation from your
employing physician.

International Applicants
Due to the distance-education nature of this program, MUSC is unable to issue- I-20 forms to allow students to obtain F-1 student visas. Only U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and those holding other valid U.S. visas will be accepted.

Process
IIn addition to the
application itself, the applicant must complete supplemental reference
