Enrollment Management | Application for the College of Nursing Post Baccalaureate to MSN - Adult Nurse Practitioner

Description
A Master of Science in Nursing degree program for baccalaureate prepared registered nurses. This graduate program prepares Advanced Practice Nurses for primary ambulatory and population-based care. Graduates of this program are prepared to provide care for adults with common acute and chronic health conditions. Health promotion and disease prevention as well as teaching and counseling of individuals, families and groups are emphasized.

Graduates are eligible to obtain national certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP).

Requirements
Applicants to the program must have the following: recommended nursing GPA of 3.0, undergraduate preferred GPA of 3.0, Bachelors of Science in Nursing from an accredited school, an undergraduate level statistics course and an active RN license. In addition to the application itself, the applicant must complete supplemental reference materials specific to the program which they are applying. These forms are available in PDF format within the application and are also sent through email once an application is submitted. Applicants are required to submit official transcripts from each post-secondary school attended and all materials must be received by the application deadline listed below.
