Welcome to the College of Medicine (COM) and University Medical Associates (UMA) MUSC Excellence Website. This site is designed to provide employees with key elements of the MUSC Excellence Initiative and support efforts to take COM/UMA to the next level.

The College of Medicine and UMA are active participants in the MUSC Excellence Initiative, a university-wide program that states very boldly that excellence is an expectation in all that we do, and that as an organization, we are committed to providing the structure and resources to meet this expectation. It is our commitment to excellence that distinguishes us from our competitors. If we are about excellence, then MUSC will grow to serve more people well.
