The College of Health Professions alumni represent the largest alumni constituent group at the university, with close to 7000 alumni. Our alumni association represents individuals that have graduated from all programs, past and present within the college. Click here for a complete list of programs. The CHP alumni association serves to: - promote and continue the bond of good fellowship among alumni, faculty and staff, students and the university.
- provide members opportunities for involvement in the progress and growth of the college and the university.
- support the college and the university in the education and health affairs policies of the state.
- assist willingly, when appropriate, in the university's educational activities and student programs.
- demonstrate steadfast loyalty to the tradition of professional and educational excellence maintained by the university.
Benefits of Being Active Regular alumni dues and life membership dues help finance activities for alumni and students. Activities include: - Scholarships
- Alumni gatherings
- Continuing education weekends
- Alumni publications
- Career mentoring
- Activities for current and prospective students
- Alumni and student recognition awards
- Variety of other projects that help keep alumni actively involved with the University.
In addition to services provided to all MUSC alumni, such as the Find-A-Friend Program and our MUSC Magazine, a benefits package has been developed to thank the active alumni association members who pay annual dues, have paid lifetime membership dues, or are honorary or complimentary members. Some specially negotiated benefits may change from year to year and are described in full in our "For Members Only" booklet. To request your copy of the "For Members Only" booklet, e-mail Anna Skipper at skippera@musc.edu. Membership and Dues Dues for the College of Health Professions alumni association are $25/annually or $200 for life membership (payable in 5 annual installments of $40/year). Questions about your dues should be directed to Anna Skipper in the MUSC Alumni Affairs Office at (843) 792-4276 or via e-mail at skippera@musc.edu. Click here to download a membership form.
