The MUSC Cholesterol Center began in 1992. It is a full time clinic to treat people
with cholesterol and blood vessel problems with a goal to prevent heart disease.
The Center also conducts teaching sessions and 1-2 day work-shops for health professionals
from throughout the United States. Programs are for physicians, pharmacists, nurses,
pharmaceutical companies, and others. The Center has a active clinical research program
studying various aspects of cholesterol problems. Check our
