MUSC Catering Order Form

MUSC Catering is located in the Main Hospital 10th floor Rm.1030G

Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

THERE IS A $40.00 MINIMUM ON ALL CATERING ORDERS (EACH DELIVERY)

THERE IS A $500.00 MINIMUM ON ALL CATERING WEEKEND ORDERS.

Changes and/or cancelations must be made not less than 48 hours before the scheduled function in written form. Events should be requested no less than two working days (48 hours) in advance to be accommodated. Please fax the HARD COPY of the IIT to MUHA/Catering. Fax: 792 4257

The MUHA Catering Staff will do everything in its power to deliver your order at your requested time. On occasion however, volume may require us to deliver those orders which were placed first. If a conflict were to arise, the customer would be notified as soon as possible.

Please be sure to browse through our web site, www.musc.edu/catering, to familiarize yourself with the variety and selections available to meet your needs. You'll find different salads, sandwiches and wraps on your choice of breads along with many other options. If you don't see something you like, just let us know and we'll come up with something else.
