Notes:
1. Temperatures can be very very cold down to -200 C or sometimes very very hot if the cargo bay faces the sun for a long time
2. Radiation can be higher because the shuttle flies outside of the protective atmosphere of the Earth
3. The tubes experience the almost total lack of gravity in orbit but may experience up to twelve Gs (12 times normal gravity) on a hard landing
