Where do you get this information ?

Some information you already know - your e-mail address, your passwords and your log-in names. Much of the rest will probably be available in the help files at your internet service provider's own site. Look for "configuring your browser for e-mail" or some similar listing. If you cannot find everything there, you may have to call or e-mail your ISP help desk.
