Matriculation
An admitted applicant declares his/her intention to matriculate with a written acceptance of admission together with the required matriculation fee. Applicants are expected to accept admission within four weeks of the offer unless otherwise stipulated by the college. Matriculating students will receive in return an orientation packet. Orientation activities are largely college based except for a one-hour general session for all new students occurring each fall before classes begin. Students may not be matriculated in more than one program at any given time except for dual degree programs or by special approval of the dean(s) and the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
