Employment 101/Selecting Talent
Message:
Selecting the right person for the job is the beginning of a productive employment relationship. This seminar reviews applicable labor and hiring laws, record keeping and interview techniques.
Keeping with the MUSC Excellence initiative, participants will have the opportunity to practice behavior and peer interviewing during this training session.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will be provided the tools and resources necessary to conduct interviews and make positive employment selection decisions.
University Hiring Managers and Peer Interview Team members are encouraged to attend. If you can not attend, please send a representative who is responsible for these activities.
