Commencement exercises will be held on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 9:00 am on the Ashley Avenue Horseshoe Drive. The Horseshoe Drive will be closed to traffic from Tuesday, May 13 until the afternoon of Friday, May 16.

To support parking for the large number of vehicles arriving for this important event, the clinics are scheduled to open at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 16. G Patient/Visitor Lot will be used in support of invited guests of the President and a limited number of general Commencement parking needs. All vehicles should vacate the G parking lot by midnight on May 15 in preparation for this event.

Other convenient Commencement parking locations are located in the patient garage PGI, Ashley Rutledge garage, and Courtenay Drive garage. These three locations will offer free Commencement parking to guests of this event. Authorized decal/card holders of these three locations WILL BE allowed to park as usual.
